Afri Esaie Kouassi
With over to 14 years’ experience, Esaïe Afri Kouassi is primarily an expert of project management and business development in the fields of seaport, maritime, and access corridors in Africa specially in West and Central Africa. He has recently been Project Manager of Ports Management Association of the West and Central Africa (PMAWCA), an Association covering 20 countries all along the coastline of West and Central Africa. During this position, he has coordinated several studies and projects such as Study on Port Concessions in Africa; The socio-economic impact of port concessions in West Africa; the study of the assessment of the needs for the port of Guinea Bissau and DRC.
