Mr. Bodom has a master’s degree as an international expert in Railway system and Urban Transport (BHNS, Metro, tram, urban train …) from Ecole National de Pont et Chaussée Paris tech, a Civil Engineer diploma of the Polytechnic Faculty of the University of Kinshasa. certification in construction and urban planning of Shanghai business school in China.
He has a good knowledge of the transport infrastructure and urban planning sector of Africa and DRC, having worked and assumed several functions in the development and the implementation of major infrastructure projects within the framework of regional integration projects with ECCAS, AfDB, with bilateral and multilateral development partners (World Bank, IMF, China) as well as with the private sector within the framework of the financing of PPP projects
Currently, he is a technical advisor in charge of infrastructure projects at the presidency of the Democratic Republic of Congo, where he is involved in the implementation of several structuring infrastructure projects and in the development of policies and strategies program related to transport infrastructure development initiatives
