Sonwabo Mdwaba founded PAICTA in 2020 from Gqeberha, South Africa. He has over 25 years’ experience in the Information Communication Technology and services industry. He has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in Marketing Management, Business Development, Operations Management, IT Service Management and IT Strategy.

He has a passion for life, a strong social consciousness and a curious and energetic nature.

His aspirations for Africa and its youth motivate his drive to make a meaningful impact through collaborative engagement with communities across the continent.

He is an aspiring thought leader, with an extensive network in academia and private business. His network, coupled with the organizational capacity created through PAICTA, enables the organization to catalyze the environment conducive for the development of young entrepreneurs.

Sonwabo has served on the Nelson Mandela Bay iHUB board for the past 2 years, and offers developmental services to unemployed youth, universities, and start-ups.

PAICTA is presently operating in over seven countries, working with both educational institutions and various organizations.
